Rachel Breitman graduated from Swarthmore College in 1998. In college, Rachel devoted much of her time to working with A Better Chance students at the ABC program at Swarthmore. She has been working with CITY PREP since 1997.

Alejandro (Alex) Ituralde, a teacher of Spanish at C.I.S. 229, received his B.A. in Government and Civics from Skidmore College in 1993. He is committed to social service as an educator and as an active member of the Bronx Hispanic community.

Gary Gobbinsingh, a licensed high school teacher of English, grew up in the south Bronx. Gary graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz and has taught since 1993. Gary will receive his Ms. Ed. in Guidance and Counseling this year.
